Biography: David Bradley is a Minnesota Chippewa artist born in 1954. He is renowned for his mixed-media paintings that offer sociopolitical critiques of contemporary Native American life and art. Bradley’s work often addresses issues of cultural appropriation and the challenges faced by Native communities. He earned a B.A. in Fine Arts from the College of Santa Fe in 1980 and has been active in advocating against art fraud in Native American art.
